Facts, not promises

No quotes from clients, no client names, no invented numbers. Every figure below is traceable to how we actually deliver, and every tile links to a live, running system.

How does delivery actually work?

  • A two-stage delivery process: each stage closes only after its own written acceptance checklist passes in full.
  • Stage one is checked against a 17-point acceptance checklist; a stage that adds features is checked against a 36-point checklist, including a full regression of the stage before it.
  • Independent code review: a second reviewer, separate from whoever wrote the change, reviews it before it ships.
  • Nightly backups of production data.
  • The live site is watched from outside every ten minutes, so an outage is caught quickly.

Supplier invoice analytics

A read-only public demo: a supplier register, a document queue, a catalogue of items, and an analytics page with date, supplier and status filters. Fictional suppliers and invoices; it resets nightly.

AI operations platform

The build, review and ship system behind every delivery: a job board, approval gates, and a record of decisions. Shown with fixture data, not the real system.
